Fall Decorating

E and I had a fun time earlier this week decorating the house for fall. We started out with him picking a chrysanthemum for our front porch. I love the colours!

Notice all the pinecones on the ground? That's our nice natural fall look one day after we had them all cleaned up. Walk in that front door and you will see... a banister with sparkly fall leaves and pumpkins three! (We've been reading a lot of rhyming books at our house)

We sprinkled more pumpkins around the house.

And hung a harvest sign on the door. Decorating was a little bit trickier this year since we have an almost toddler on the loose. We had to find places to put the decorations that weren't in his path of destruction.

Of course E's favourite decoration was the shiny glittery garland :)
