Ride for Refuge

I hope that as the heartbreaking photo of little Alan Kurdi fades from people's memories, that the conviction to do something for refugees does not.

Know that the millions of people in lands far away, having seen their friends and family attacked or killed or been attacked themselves, are just like us. They are computer programmers and veterinarians. They are barbers and store clerks. They have children, spouses and parents. They are us under different circumstances. One day they woke up and began life as a refugee. Fleeing for their lives outside their country, with whatever belongings they could carry.

Please consider the ways you can help. We just completed our Ride for Refuge 2015 on Saturday! It was a chilly and windy day, but the rain held off! Thank you to everyone who supported us!! We had a great time.
