What it's like to have a 4 year old

4 year olds are amazing to watch grow. E's a full-on kid now, not an ounce of toddler left in his little body. He's becoming coordinated and has well-thought out ideas. He is delightful!

He ponders.

He is brave (facing freezing water).

He is gleeful.

He is adventurous.

He bounces with energy (sometimes literally).

He gets exasperated.

He is proud of himself.

He is independent (and follows through on his ideas).

He is goofy.
